On my final attempt at opening PT, the cursor froze hard, and I had to force quit. I tried several things like trashing preferences, etc., with Pete Gates software, resetting Pram, holding N during PT launch, and removing all of the plugs to the unused folder. Another odd characteristic was that in some open Finder windows, columns were shifting slightly side to side as the cursor froze and unfroze every few seconds. After installing it and re-launching PT, the cursor started freezing for several seconds intermittently. Then realized I needed to download a Presonus Driver for a RM 32 mixer. I was able to start a new test session with a few empty tracks so I could check the installed plugins. The OS is Mojave, the latest update, sorry, I don’t recall the number and am away from the computer now.
